HALO stores account information, saved search criteria, imported lead reports, notes, and status updates in your configured MySQL database. Passwords are stored using secure one-way hashing.

HALO does not automatically scan private social accounts. Imported lead data should come only from publicly accessible sources and should be limited to information relevant to the stated business inquiry.

The website owner is responsible for database security, backups, retention rules, privacy notices, and handling deletion requests under applicable law.
